This is probably the issue. Unfortunately, I'm not bright enough to know how to follow your instructions on making a new view etc. I inherited Lotus Notes after the last admin left, and have been learning as each problem crops up.
The problem probably came from me making a copy of one address book entry and then modifying it to fit the person who was deleted. I ended up doing this when address entry's would come up missing due to far too many people having delete capability in our Names.nsf, which I remedied. I now see that this is an incorrect way to create an address book entry.
So, if you have any instructions for a total novice on how to fix this user, I would sure appreciate it. I'm sure there are only 4 or 5 that I have done this to.
